Beer from Cottbus awarded the International Craft Beer Award - "F60 paranoid IPA" wins gold medal.
Last year, the Labieratorium team won the silver medal at the Meininger International Craft Beer Award for its exceptional beer, the F60 paranoid IPA. In 2017, the Labieratorium gets one of the highest craft beer awards in Cottbus.
The F60 paranoid IPA wins the gold medal in the India Pale Ale - american style category. "The competition itself has increased by 37 percent this year. 970 beers from 28 nations were judged by a 90-strong expert jury. A development that reflects the reputation and high quality of the competition. To receive such a considerable award at this high level makes us very proud and is also the reward of the immense work we put into setting up the young Cottbus brewery every day", says Anja Braun, Brandenburg's first female beer sommelier and managing director of the" Labyrinth" craft beer bar.
"In addition, the gold medal also proves that the silver medal from last year was not a coincidence at all."
